Beyond the ordinary
Behind Gift Aided is a small, dedicated team with over 15 years of experience in fundraising and operations within the not-for-profit sector. Our expertise doesn’t stop there—we bring to the table a rich background in data management, data analysis, reporting, CRM administration, marketing, and finance. This multidisciplinary foundation allows us to offer a well-rounded, strategic service that bridges the gap between technology, fundraising, and financial oversight.
Our story
Founded in 2024, Gift Aided was born from first-hand experience within the charity sector. While working in various roles including fundraising and operations, our founders consistently saw the same frustrating pattern: charities missing out on thousands of pounds in unclaimed Gift Aid each year. The reasons were clear—lack of time, limited internal resources, and the often-confusing nature of the claims process. We knew there had to be a better way. That’s why we created Gift Aided: to provide expert, practical support that empowers organisations to recover what's rightfully theirs.

Our vision
We understand the pressures and challenges charities face because we’ve lived them. That’s why we’re passionate about providing a service that’s not only effective but supportive, transparent, and tailored to your needs. We genuinely care about the impact your organisation is making, and we’re here to make sure you have every resource to succeed.
At our core, we believe that when charities have access to all available funding—including unclaimed Gift Aid—they can focus more fully on delivering their mission. We’re here to take the confusion out of the process, replace it with clarity, and ensure no eligible donation is missed.
In the future, we look forward to finding innovative ways to recover more funds.

Our promise
We get great pleasure from seeing charities flourish and grow.
One way we’ve chosen to give back is to donate at least 10% of our profits back into sustainable projects, so that we can help support as many people across the globe as possible.
We have chosen sustainable projects because we recognise most people want to be self-sufficient and no one likes to rely on hand outs.
We want people to live with dignity and honour. If we can provide the right tools and set up then there’d be less need for temporary relief and less poverty, in general.
